“YES. The first two seasons specifically! Having a character who loves horror movies and often recognizes the different tropes and archetypes as they’re happening in the town was such a smart move. Plus, the main characters actually felt very fleshed out and fully developed, and the show would examine their relationships with each other and how they ebb and flow in a really realistic way! Plus, there are some scenes that I still think about all the time. The duct tape sheriff scene still plays in my head sometimes; it was gut-wrenching.” —carothehotmess —dang3rhawk —sammachado “Yes! Grave Encounters! When they finally open the front doors! 10/10. Lots of typical horror tropes, but I appreciate that not everyone is a complete idiot.” —jhami (I second this. Who knew a horror movie about post-wedding hide-and-seek would be so much fun?)
